US homebuilders stay constructive that the housing
marketplace will improve, but their expectancies for sales over the following
six months have dimmed simply as the spring home-selling season receives under

The national affiliation of domestic builders/Wells Fargo
builder sentiment index launched on Tuesday held constant at fifty eight this
month.
Readings above
50 suggest extra builders view sales conditions as good, in preference to
