Swiss Re has issued a short declaration, that “opposite to
market hypothesis,” it is “not in discussion with the Agnelli circle of
relatives or any of its investment cars regarding the feasible acquisition of a
stake in Swiss Re.”
The Agnellis manipulate some of businesses in Italy and
somewhere else in Europe, significantly vehicle producer Fiat.
