Aetna introduced that it has completed its acquisition of
uk-based InterGlobal from a set led via its majority shareholder Alchemy
partners.
The bulletin noted that “InterGlobal specializes in
worldwide non-public medical insurance for agencies and people in the center
East, Asia, Africa and Europe.
